Smartass
- Recently entered the industry.
- Has little experience with technology.
- Follows trends, tries to impress others.
- Reads many articles and respects experts.
- Likes to learn new frameworks.
- Discusses work with everyone.
Wiseman
- Haven’t written code for a long time.
- Makes architecture of projects. – Only occasionally visits the team.
- Looks at problems from the outside, gives good advice.
- Will answer the question better than Google.
- Everyone loves wisemen.
